CURBSIDE Recycling COLLECTION

Dont-bag-it 2022Please place your recycling cart at the curb by 7AM on your scheduled collection day. Items should be placed loose into recycling cart. All recycling must be be placed inside the cart to be collected. Make your recycling efforts count and leave out plastic bags, trash, foam, bagged recyclables, household items, and clothing.

If a recycling bin contains too much of the wrong items, the whole bin of recycling is considered unusable and will be rejected. That rejected bin of recycling will then be treated as garbage.

Dry Paper, Newspaper, and Junk Mail

  • Junk mail & catalogs
  • Cardboard boxes ARE recyclable in your blue cart if they are clean, dry, and cut down or folded to fit inside the cart. Empty, dry and reasonably clean pizza boxes are recyclable.
  • Clean and dry paperboard boxes such as cereal boxes, paper towel rolls and other fiberboard material ARE recyclable.
