Lyle Sumek Associates facilitated the strategic planning workshops with the City Commission and Department Heads in January and February 2025, leading to the development of the 2025 Strategic Plan. As a result of these productive discussions, key objectives were clarified, and actionable strategies were established to propel the organization forward. With a clear roadmap in place, the City of Fort Pierce is well-positioned to navigate the future with confidence and achieve its goals.
