On October 23rd and 24th historical figures from Fort Pierce’s past will tell their stories all throughout the downtown area. This annual living history tour is a fun way to learn about the people that settled in this area before the conveniences of air conditioning, mosquito control, and modern transportation.
Since there are so many interesting stories to tell, there are FOUR different Ghosts of Fort Pierce Past walking tours. Each tour is approximately 1 hour in length, has between 8-10 stops, and waiting at each stop is an actor portraying a person that has lived here in the past. NEW THIS YEAR - Many of our 2019 actors are descendants of the characters they will portray.
