The Surfside Neighborhood Roadway Improvements Phase II Project will take place from October 27, 2025, through May 25, 2026.
This project includes drainage improvements, select water main and sanitary sewer upgrades, utility adjustments, and roadway restoration along seven (7) residential streets: Cypress Avenue, Eucalyptus Avenue, Melaleuca Drive, Plover Avenue, Pelican Drive, Sunset Isle Road, and Walnut Court.
Construction will begin on Plover Avenue and Sunset Isle Road, between Bayshore Drive and State Road A1A. During this phase, access will be limited to local traffic only.
