The City of Fort Pierce Planning Department resumes pre-application fees and site plan fees for residential and commercial, effective January 1, 2021.
In an effort to support private sector development and the business communities during the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Fort Pierce temporarily reduced and/or suspended the
collection of certain planning department fees for a period of six months.
City Commission found that a reduction of specific fees was an effective tool to promote the continuation of economic development opportunities during this unprecedented time.
As of January 1, 2021, those fees, which included waiving the Pre-application meeting fee and reducing the site plan fees for commercial and residential, will resume regular schedule.
