The Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA), in partnership with the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council, is developing a community-based master plan for the historic Lincoln Park neighborhood.
You are invited to participate in a public workshop to share your ideas on housing, streetscapes, parks, public spaces, and future investment opportunities.
The master plan aims to:
- Support neighborhood stabilization and strategic investment
- Encourage infill housing and redevelopment of vacant lots
- Attract and retain local businesses
- Revitalize Avenue D and strengthen economic and cultural vibrancy
- Promote sustainable growth while honoring the community’s history and heritage
