Are you a licensed real estate broker or firm? Do you specialize in commercial real estate? If you answered yes, then the City of Fort Pierce wants you to submit a proposal!
The City of Fort Pierce is currently accepting proposals from qualified and experienced real estate brokers or firms, licensed by the State of Florida, to provide brokerage, marketing, advisory and other associated services for the sale or lease of property owned by the City and the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency.
The broker is expected to have a national and global reach in order to effectively market the properties. It is the City’s intent to award agreements to up to three (3) brokers.
There are three mediums to retrieve the bid document:

(b) Send an email request to biddesk@city-ftpierce.com (include your company’s name, mailing address, phone and fax number, and contact person’s name)
(c) Download from Onvia Demandstar Website (www.demandstar.com)
Proposals must be submitted by Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.
