The City of Fort Pierce Solid Waste Division will begin post Hurricane Matthew debris recovery for the entire city on Monday, October 10th.
All regularly scheduled grapple truck services are suspended until further notice. Horticulture Waste (yard waste) will be picked up on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and half a day on Saturday. Bulk Waste (household items) will be picked up on Thursday only. This schedule will continue until all of the storm related debris has been collected.
Please separate your piles. Place all horticulture waste in a pile and all bulk waste in a separate pile. A list of acceptable materials can be found on the City's website at www.cityoffortpierce.com.
Trash can and recycling collection service will resume as regularly scheduled.
